'Why practice I keep doing this?': Selena Gomez thinking of retiring from music
Even if she does give upwards singing, she won't be leaving the amusement industry altogether. Instead, she wants to give herself "a real shot at acting".

Selena Gomez may not be making music for much longer. The singer-extra revealed in an interview for the April cover of Vogue that she will give it "i last try" before considering retiring.
The 28-year-quondam said, "Information technology'due south difficult to keep doing music when people don't necessarily take you seriously. I've had moments where I've been similar, 'What's the point? Why do I keep doing this?'"
She added, "Lose You lot To Love Me I felt was the all-time song I've e'er released, and for some people it still wasn't enough. I think there are a lot of people who enjoy my music, and for that I'k so thankful, for that I go along going, simply I call up the next time I do an album it'll be unlike. I want to give it one last try before I mayhap retire music".
Lose You To Love Me, from her third anthology, is her but No i Billboard hit. Gomez has released three solo records after debuting her first in 2009. She has also starred in numerous TV series and films, including Wizards Of Waverly Place and Jump Breakers.
Fifty-fifty if she does stop singing, that doesn't mean she'southward leaving the entertainment industry birthday. She told Vogue that she wants to spend more than time producing and to requite herself "a real shot at acting".
"I oasis't even touched the surface of what I desire to practice. The parts that I want are the ones I demand help with. I can't await for the moment when a director can see that I'grand capable of doing something that no one's ever seen," she said.
